The Challenge:
A community college with high turnover in operations and maintenance staff needed to automate their disparate building controls and reduce energy and maintenance costs.  They also wanted to add training and demonstration for renewable energy systems.

The Solution:
PEConsulting worked closely with the local electric utility to provide grants for demonstration photovoltaic (solar) systems and integrated building automation controls. 

PEConsulting also worked directly with the college's architect to develop design guidelines for all their future building renovation projects to minimize operating costs and standardize HVAC systems.
