BP Energy Company Electricity Load Profiler
(presented in partnership with Automated Energy, Inc.)


Effective September 30, as a result of the improved Automated Energy website features, all BP customers need to reload the Java plug in so that the new version of the Load Profiler works as follows:

1. Click Start button, Go to Control Panel, Add/Remove Programs
2. Click on Java Run Time Environment Standard Edition V1.3.1_01, Click Change/remove Button and Uninstall
3. After Uninstall completes, it will ask you to reboot, go ahead and do so
4. After reboot, Open Internet explorer, go to the Automated Energy website http://lunchbox.automatedenergy.com
5. Click on Customer Login, then Load Profiler
6. Log in with your normal user name and password. This will startup the Java plug in, which you should accept.
7. Once installed, it will start up the Load profiler with the big A logo. From this point forward you should be able to log in from the BP Energy Webpage at bploginwebpage
