"Power Tracker is an internet-based estimation of the NES revenue meter energy, demand, and billing information. NES Power Tracker is offered on a "best effort basis" and is provided "as is" with no representation or warranties of any kind, either expressed, implied, or statutory, including no limit to the fitness for a particular purpose. The NES Power Tracker user assumes total responsibility and risk of use of the data and data-related services. In no way does NES warrant the accuracy of the retrieved energy and demand data using Power Tracker. The meter data retrieved and processed by the NES Meter Services and Billing Section will be used in preparation of the monthly NES billing statement. NES retains the right to change the customer's revenue metering system at its discretion or to discontinue NES Power Tracker at its discretion. In the event that the Power Tracker system is changed due to obsolete technology or upgrades such that the Power Tracker is no longer compatible with the NES revenue metering system, NES will attempt to notify user in advance that such changes are to occur."
